By proceeding with a booking, the customer expressly acknowledges that transportation services are provided by independent third-party service providers and BlazeCab acts only as a booking facilitation and technology platform.
1. Nature of Service
BlazeCab is a technology-enabled booking and facilitation platform. Transportation services booked through BlazeCab are provided by independent third-party service providers. BlazeCab does not own vehicles, does not employ drivers, and does not operate transportation services.
Nothing contained herein shall be deemed to create any partnership, joint venture, agency, or employer-employee relationship between BlazeCab and any driver, vehicle owner, or service provider.
2. Booking & Confirmation
Bookings must be made through BlazeCab’s official channels only. A booking is considered confirmed only after confirmation is communicated via SMS, email, or app notification.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup location, date, time, and contact details. BlazeCab shall not be liable for delays, cancellation, or service issues resulting from incorrect, misleading, or incomplete information.
Valid identification may be required at the time of travel, where applicable.
3. Pricing & Payment

Certain packages may include fixed kilometre or hour limits. Usage beyond such limits will be chargeable as per the applicable rate card communicated at the time of booking.
Toll charges, parking fees, interstate permits, airport entry charges, and other statutory charges are not included unless explicitly stated, and shall be payable by the customer as per actuals.
Payments may be made through approved digital modes (UPI/cards/wallets) or cash, where permitted.
Dynamic or surge pricing may apply during peak hours, holidays, or periods of high demand.
4. Cancellation & Refunds
Full refund if cancelled more than 4 hours before the ride, subject to applicable payment gateway or minimal processing charges.
No refund if cancelled within 4 hours of the ride, as the car is often already dispatched.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must carry valid identification for outstation or restricted-area travel, where required by law.
Customers are solely responsible for their luggage and personal belongings. BlazeCab shall not be liable for loss, theft, or damage to items left in the vehicle at any time.
Smoking, consumption of alcohol, or illegal substances inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
Any damage caused to the vehicle due to customer negligence, misconduct, or misuse may be recoverable from the customer.
Abusive, unlawful, or unsafe behaviour may result in immediate termination of the trip without refund or liability.
6. Pickup, Waiting & Route
Pickup times are subject to traffic, weather, and road conditions. BlazeCab shall not be responsible for delays beyond reasonable control.
Complimentary waiting up to 20 minutes may be provided at pickup. Additional waiting time may be chargeable as per the applicable policy.
Route selection shall be determined by the independent driver based on safety, traffic, and road conditions, unless a specific route is mutually agreed.
7. Safety Guidelines
Seatbelts must be worn at all times where available.
Children must use appropriate child safety arrangements provided by the customer.
Customers shall not request unsafe driving, overspeeding, or violation of traffic laws.
8. Accidents, Injury & Insurance
Vehicles engaged through the BlazeCab platform are required to carry valid commercial insurance as mandated by applicable law. In the event of any accident, injury, disability, or death, liability shall primarily lie with the independent driver, vehicle owner, and their respective insurance provider. BlazeCab shall not be liable for bodily injury, death, or property damage, except to the extent expressly mandated by applicable law.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlazeCab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of income, loss of opportunity, or business losses.
BlazeCab’s maximum liability, if any, shall be strictly limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific booking.
